Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Rachel Jackson piece comes with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing faults. This does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or plating depletion.
