We want you to love your Rachel Jackson pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original branded box and protective mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
